14 days No Quibble Return Policy

Cachetkids is dedicated to offering the highest levels of quality and service.

  • We will exercise our best endeavours to check all items to ensure that they are complete and have no defect before dispatching.
  • In accordance with the European Distance Selling Directive, you have the right to return an item within 14 days when purchased via a registered company's web site and had the item posted to you.
  • We will be happy to refund or exchange any item(s)* that you are not completely satisfied with, as long as they are returned in a resellable condition, in their original packaging, unused, together with all tags, buttons and other attachments (if applicable) in place and within 14 calendar days of receiving the items.
  • After 14 days, there will be a charge for re-stocking. No refund will be given after 28 days.
  • It is important to ensure that any tag that may come with the item is still in place and un-detached. Otherwise we will deem the item as used since it is not necessary to remove the tag to try out the item for sizing.
  • If you would like to return an item, please return it within 14 calendar days of receiving the item. Please include a copy of the delivery note, if any, or quote the order number with your return.
  • You do not need to contact us, or give a reason for your return. However, we would be grateful if you would tell us as this will enable us to watch out for your item when it arrives, as well as help improve our customer services and products. Please notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item by clicking here.
  • Please note any postage incurred by returning the item(s) to us will not be refunded.
  • Please note that you are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We cannot give refund to any item that you have sent but did not reach us. For this reason we would strongly advise you to return the item using an insured and secure shipping method. For example, Royal Royal Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery so that you can claim against the shipping carrier for lost or damaged items.
  • Any items returned to us marked, stained, worn, smelling of smoke, part missing, tag detached or damaged by poor packaging in transit will not be refunded.
  • In the case of an exchange please include the additional postage charge with your return.
  • We reserve the right to charge the actual postage that we have incur for any item returned that was previously purchased under our free postage promotion.
  • In the case of a refund, a refund excluding postage charge and restocking fee (if applicable) will be returned to you within 14 days, using the same online payment method you used when you purchased the items.
  • If you live overseas please marked the item as "return unwanted GB merchandise" and declare a "custom value of £0.00" so no UK duty will be paid. Otherwise we will deduct the duty from the amount refund to you.
  • Returns after 14 calendar days will subject to the following restocking fees:

  • We are sorry that we will not be able to accept returns after 28 days. Any returns received will be treated as unsolicited items given to us as an unconditional gift and will not be refunded.

*excluding jeweleries, personal items (eg. knickers, socks), toys, opened videos and software (unless faulty) and items that you explicitly requested us to order from the supplier for you. This does not effect your statutory rights.
