Delivery Information

Delivery Charge

To find the delivery charge at anytime, simply proceed to checkout. For non-UK customers, please remember to select the country to ship to and then press the "Update Totals" button.

We normally post/ship your order within two working days. For order placed on Saturday or Sunday, or a public holiday, the posting/shipping day is the next two working day.

When your item is posted/shipped, you will receive a delivery confirmation email from us on the same day. Please see above estimate of when you will receive the item thereafter.

* The above is working day (not Saturday, Sunday and Public holiday). It is only an estimate and is not the guaranteed delivery timescale. For guaranteed delivery please see below Courier and Special Delivery for UK, and International Guaranteed for non-UK. The estimate is given in working days, which exclude Saturday, Sunday and Public Holiday.

UK Delivery

Standard Delivery in UK will be either by Royal Mail first/second class, Royal Mail first/second class Recorded.. For bulky items we may use other carriers such as Parcel Force, DHL or UPS.

Courier Delivery 3-4 days option is available at checkout. This will cost £5.99. For purchase made before 11pm (Mon-Thu), the item will reach you within 3-4 days.

Special Delivery option is available at checkout. This will cost £7.65. For purchase made before 11pm (Mon-Thu), the item will reach you within 1-2 days.

Purchase made before 12 noon on Friday for delivery on Saturday will need to use "Saturday Special Delivery" at a cost of £14.99.

International Delivery

Standard delivery outside the UK will use Airmail at the lowest cost (see the table above). An International Guaranteed Delivery service, which is faster and guaranteed, is available at an additional cost of £4.50.

Import duties and taxes may have to be paid in some countries outside of European Union. Before ordering please obtain details of these charges from the Customs & Excise in the country to which the goods are being dispatched.

Unless you told us otherwise, we always assume that the order is a gift. Therefore, on the duty declaration form, we will state it as "Gift-Children clothing". This may or maynot result in any import duty or tax being levied.

Lost / Damaged delivery

Although we use a third party shipping carrier to ship your items, we are responsible for ensuring the items are delivered undamaged and safely to you. If an item is lost or damaged, we will either ship you a replacement or issue you with a full refund including delivery charge. Please do not hesitate to contact us if the items did not arrive in a reasonable timescale or in a reasonable condition but please note that Royal Mail rule is that a parcel is not deemed missing until 15 working days after posting.
