Notify Us Of Returns

Return any item to us within 14 days for an exchange or a refund. There is
   - no need to fill in any form and
   - no need to contact us and
   - no need to give a reason for your returns.

You do not need to contact us, or give a reason for your return. However, if you wish, you could tell us why as this would help us improving our customer services and products. Please notify us of your intention to return or exchange an item by clicking ► here.

Please include with your returns a piece of paper stating your name, order number and whether you would like an exchange or a refund.

In the case of an exchange, please include a cheque payable to CACHET KIDS LTD for the extra postage of the item you wish to exchange with.

When notifying us of a return, please input the order number and the same email id as the one you used to place the order.

Please include the order number with your returns and use Recorded or Special Delivery or Courier.

Please note our return/refund policy is 14 days. A restocking fee of up to two-third of the value of the goods may be charged after 14 days. No refund will be given after 28 days.
