Emile et Rose is a British family owned and run company founded in the historic town of Topsham, near Exeter in 2002.

The town is quite small (with a population of about 5000 people) but was once a major seaport. Now the town and surrounding area is perhaps best known for its architectural and natural beauty, and for it being the home of some very successful companies, such as Emile et Rose, who design and distribute all of their products from this lovely part of Devon.

The company has a well-earned reputation for creating stylish, easy to care for baby outfits ideal for all occasions. And a mission statement of the company is as follows:

“Our aim at Emile et Rose is to provide thoughtfully designed and complete outfits for babies, using soft comfortable fabrics that are also easy to care for.”

Typically, the fabrics used are 100% cotton or cotton rich fabrics that are soft to the touch and very comfortable to wear, like the following three piece set in ivory, thick and suitable for Christening in winter.
