How to order

When you see an item you would like to purchase, please click on the "Add to Cart" button and it will be added to your shopping cart.  You may then continue shopping or proceed to check out. When you reach check out you will be asked for your address details for delivery.  

Our shopping cart gives you the opportunity to create your own account, therefore reducing the time spent completing the billing and delivery address if you return at anytime in the future This makes your shopping experience with Cachet Kids quicker and easier.

Paying for your order

After you have entered your address details you will be taken to the payment screen where you will be asked to pay by your credit or debit card.

The following cards are accepted:

• VISA credit cards
• VISA Delta/Debit cards
• VISA Electron cards (UK Only)
• MasterCard credit cards
• Maestro (UK Only)
• SOLO
• Switch (Renamed to Maestro from June 2007)

We are sorry that we cannot accept Corporate credits cards, Diners Club, JCB or International Maestro cards.

Our payment processor is SAGE PAY. We do not hold your credit or debit card information. All of your payments are taken via from the SAGE PAY secure servers using industrial strength encryption technology. Therefore rest assured that your details are completely safe.

Postal orders from UK customers can be accepted if you contact us via telephone first. However we would need to receive the postal order within 3 days and a clearance time of 5 days may be required.

At present we do not have the facility to accept cheque payment from non-UK customers.

Order updates

When you order has been received you will recieve confirmation of your order immediately. If there are any errors in your order please let us know as soon as possible so that they can be rectified before your order is processed.

We will keep you updated throughout the order process. You will be provided with an email confirmation everytime your order status changes. Also, you can log into your account to view the status of your order.

All orders are processed and dispatch within 24-48 hours except where payment has been made by cheque - if you pay by cheque please allow 14 day for receiving of the goods.
